a little about me

I have always been deeply interested in people and their stories—the stories we’re born from, the stories we absorb, the stories we write of and for ourselves, and the stories that weave between us. This devotion leads me in my own therapy, in my work as a therapist, and as a writer and a dancer.
I live with my kitty Stellaluna on the Westside of Santa Barbara, am often roller skating to the bird refuge or dancing (sometimes at the same time), and love nothing more than being at a river with friends and some snacks.
